He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Chapman and Agnes Chapman (Kasting); his sister Gloria Smith; and his great grandchild Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean McCoy; his daughters, Diana Carlisle (Darren) of Wood River and Jenny Byron (Aaron) of Edwardsville; his grandchildren, Drew Carlisle (Carly), Brendan Carlisle (Kayla), Zoe Byron and Sophie Byron; and his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Samuel, Joel and Delilah.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marks Mortuary (633 E Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
