It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Rouse (Avon, Illinois), born in Redding, California, who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Albert Maxham and Josephine Olivetta Maxham (Isaacs); her daughter Colleen Imperatrice; her brother Loren Maxham; and her close friend Julie Schisler. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
