He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Cox and Grace Cox (Brown); and his brothers, Robert and Dennis. He is survived by : his significant other Janice Lowe; his children, Lance Lowe and Lindsey Lowe; and his sisters, Pat Aden and Rebecca Cox.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions masked will be required and social distancing will be observed.
