She is survived by: her husband John Jr; her children, John IV and Hayden; her parents, Dale Hapl and Shirley Hapl; her sister Jennifer Walton (John); and her sibling's children, Hunter June, Ethan, Orrin, Annie, Casey, Marie, Gerry, Max and Stephanie.
In lieu of flowers, checks made payable to Bright Direction for Amy's children's education would be appreciated.
