He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Jacobson and Carolyn Diersen Jacobson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Berg Jacobson of Bartlett, IL; and his siblings, Sonia Jacobson of Washington, D. C., Lisa Jacobson-Coffey (Tell) of Sugar Grove, IL and Paul Jacobson (Laura) of Traverse City, MI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
