It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jake A. Helmuth (Bartlett, Illinois), born in Fresno, California, who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Vera; his parents, George and Marie; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Ann Helmuth and Sandy Helmuth; his grandchildren, Nathan (Jasmine), Jordan (Tamera), Barak (Rebecca) and Jacob Harris (Michelle); and his brothers, Norman and Leonard.
