She was predeceased by: her parents, George Koranek (Chuck) and Mary Blankenberg. She is survived by: her husband Rich Letourneau; her daughter Mary Pat; and her siblings, John Koranek, Joan Dewig, Danny Koranek, Kathy Leon, Eileen Jones, Michael Koranek, Rose Brunzell and Albert Dockter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of Bartlett (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Homes and Crematory (950 S Bartlett Rd, Bartlett, IL 60103).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago Foundation, Department 4586, Carol Stream, IL 60122-4586.
