It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Kotlarz (Bartlett, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Mitchell "Mick"; her child Kelly Ryan (Patrick) of Megs Kotlarz; her granddaughter Kaitlyn of Kelsey, Kenzie; her mother Elizabeth Holbert; her siblings, Michael Holbert, Garry Holbert and Louise Holbert; her brother-in-law Tom Kotlarz (Cathy); and her siblings' children, Michele Holbert, Jessica Becker (Scott), Alison McCarty (Timothy) and Lisa Staehle (Michael).
