He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meloun and Irene Meloun. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Scott, Jr. (Liz) and Shawn Meloun (Julissa); his grandchildren, Bella, Mason, Maddox, Shawn, Jr. and Emma Meloun; and his brothers, Bruce (Diane) and John Meloun (Sharon).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DuPage Funeral Chapel (951 W Washington St, West Chicago, IL 60185). A prayer will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
