She was predeceased by: her parents, William Osborn and Ellen Gorman Osborn; her brothers, Bill, Jack and Lee; and her children-in-law, Larry Phillips and Michelle Kent.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Phillips and Robert Kent; and her grandchildren, Roger Waldrop, Trish Stewart (Jerry), Holly Simpson (Cliff) and Amber Jordan (Shawn). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson and six nieces and nephews.
