With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Makayla G. Bryant of North Aurora, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2025 at the age of 10. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, James Bryant and Tiffany Bryant; her brother James IV; her grandparents, Jim, Carol Bryant of Loganville Georgia and Susan G Hamilton; and her aunts and uncles, Will, Hillary Hutto of Canton Georgia, Ervin and April Polite of Stockbridge Georgia.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moss Family Funeral Home - Batavia (209 S Batavia Ave, Batavia, IL 60510). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to brain cancer research at Ann & Robert H Lurie Children's hospital of Chicago.
