She was predeceased by : her parents, Eddie Maltby and Cynthia Surratt Maltby; her daughter Cynthia; her grandson Matthew Meyer; and her siblings, Bertha Jane Clements and Hazen Maltby.

She is survived by : her husband Gary C. Noe; and her children, Melissa "Missy" Meyer (Mike "Wally) of Beardstown, Christopher Dodds of Beardstown, Jason Meyer, Paige Feigl (Austin), Lexi Jo Dodds, Easton and Shirley Moore of Beardstown.
