She was predeceased by : her parents, Guy Baumgartner and Nancy Samuel Baumgartner; her husband Bernard Clark; her sons, Chris, Terry Clark and Charles Allen Clark; and her grandchild Hikeem.

She is survived by : her daughter Pam Spurlock (Frank) of Decatur; her daughter-in-law Cathy Clark of Rushville; her grandchildren, Katy, Karey, Kahla, Karly, Diamond of Murphy, RJ, Maycee and Alyyah; and her great grandchildren, Joey, Kayden, Claire, Alena, Mercedes, Keaton and Kolten. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
