With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rachel Jamison of Camden, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Stolp and Mabel Hitz Stolp; her husband Clyde Wilbur Jamison; and her siblings, Fred Lee, Olen, Keith Stolp, Maxine Carper, Mary Mower and Earl Eugene.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Little (Jay) of Frederick, Lisa Buhlig (Tom) of Beardstown and Marty Jamison of Camden; her grandchildren, Sarah Stambaugh (Dustin) of Camden, Megan Zimny (Chris) of Frederick, Tyler Buhlig (Megan Evans) of Exeter and Mandi Ratay of Frederick; her great grandchildren, Natalie of Camden, Nathan Stambaugh of Camden, Owen and Landon Ratay of Frederick; and her sister Lucille Weaver of Macomb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Colwell Memorial (515 S State St, Beardstown, IL 62618). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to Beardstown Christian Academy Lunch Program or Culbertson Mobile Meals.
