It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Anderson of Beardstown, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Calvin and Dora Friday Anderson; his siblings, James Anderson, Calvin Anderson, Donnie Anderson and Doris "Sissy" Warden; and his pets, Duke, Thumper P. Anderson and Sis.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Anderson (Pam) of Beardstown, Kathleen Long (Steve) of Beardstown and Theresa Campbell (Garry) of Beardstown; his grandchildren, Joshua Anderson, Nicholas Long (Jessica), Philip Long, Jessica Meyer (Justin), Nathan Campbell (Kristen) and Ashlee Schlueter; and his brother Herschel Anderson of Rushville. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
