He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Watkins and Elizabeth Robbins Watkins; his brothers, Stan and Mike Watkins; and his brother-in-law Tom Jones.
He is survived by : his wife Brenda Anne Knouse; his children, Tara Lynn Watkins of Beardstown and Michael Joseph Watkins of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Ethan Lynn and Trenton Watkins; and his siblings, Jean Jones of Beardstown and David Watkins (Margie) of Morris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
