He was predeceased by: his father Marcel Kampwerth; and his grandfather Emil VanDorn. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Kampwerth (VanDorn); his daughter Krystal Kampwerth; his grandson Hunter Hustedde; his sisters, Marla (Clay Nowicki) and Lisa (Phil Taffe); his grandmother Gloria VanDorn; his uncle Gene VanDorn (Jean); his cousins, Travis VanDorn, Keith and Tina VanDorn; and his nephews, Andrew, Nathan Hanson and Kyle Taffe.
