He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hayhurst and Martha Hayhurst (Buisson); and his wife Marie Hayhurst. He is survived by: his sons, John Hayhurst (Jill) of Dyer, IN. and Kevin Hayhurst (Mary Beth) of Beecher; his grandchildren, Ashley Gard, Aimee Bodnar, Kaitlyn Perisin, Emily Hayhurst and Jack Hayhurst; his great grandchildren, Liam Bodnar, Rowyn Bodnar and Fiona Perisin; his brother Lee Ellsworth (Jo); and his friend Pauline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
