She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her children, Justin (Lindsay) and Stacey Urban (Kenny); her grandchildren, Jordan, Miranda, Hailey, Riley and Kenzie; and her siblings, Pamela Pierce (Robert), Barbara Boise (George), Deborah Kentner (Thomas), Carol Gustafson (Marc), John Nethaway, Janet Gris (Paul), Kathleen Gibson (Richard) and Karen Wuthenow.
