He is survived by: his parents, Michael Sullivan and Patricia Geno of Belleville, IL; his grandparents, Marilyn Leonard of Swansea, IL, Virginia Sullivan of Andover, MN and Louis Heidemann of Belleville, IL.; his brothers, Shaun Sullivan of Mt. Vernon, IL and Ryan Sullivan of Chicago, IL.; his niece Jewelette Sullivan of Mt. Vernon, IL; his aunts and uncles, Mary Shattuck of Swansea, IL, Bryan Leonard (Belinda) of Deer Park, IL, Lisa Bruno (John) of Belleville, IL, Cindy Lotz (Mike) of Belleville, IL, Gary Leonard (Jan) of Columbia, MO and Karen Hook-Sullivan (Larry) of Andover, MN.; his friend Sarah Holle; his close friends, Danny and Ann Leonard; Payton and Rilee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
