He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Hoelscher and Mary Hoelscher; his siblings, Velma Randoll (Clarence), Virgil Hoelscher, Virginia Randoll (Rudy), Vernice Kudelka (Joe), Virdel (Roy Chesney), Vernon Hoelscher (Darlene), Vera Rallo (Les) and Vilas Hoelscher; and his son Brent Hoelscher.
He is survived by: his wife Matilda Ruth Hoelscher; his children, Dale Hoelscher (Julie), Lisa Gaal (Vern) and Janice Williams (Tim); his daughter-in-law Teresa Hoelscher (Stanley); his grandchildren, April Sherwood (David), Randy Hoelscher (Jessica), Bethany Lang (Austin), Michael Hoelscher (Karlie), Rachel Williams, Joshua Williams and Hannah Hoelscher; his great grandchildren, Kendal, Mya and Luna; and his sisters-in-law, Frieda Hoelscher, Adeline Nadolski, Rozella Nadolski and Lucille Nadolski.
