He is survived by : his spouses, Dorothy "Dottie" Berry and Dottie Collar of Bellmont; his daughters, Dana Hornback (Eugene) of Bellmont and Daneen Collar of Mount Carmel; his niece Clayton; his daughter Janel Wherry (David) of Vermillion; and also Dottie.
