She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward Monroe Brumit and Janie Jewell Brumit (Williams). She is survived by : her children, Rhonda Hefner of Mt. Vernon, IL, Terri Doughty of Pensacola, FL and James Cooper of Benton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
