We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2019, at the age of 87, Charlotte Downin (Berwick, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Underwood and Clara Underwood (Lewis); and her husband Edwin P. D. Downin. She is survived by: her children, David, Judy (Brooks), Chuck Downin (Maria) of Cedar Rapids and Julie Derry (Rob) of Monmouth; her daughter-in-law Sheila Downin of Table Grove; and her brother Francis Underwood (June) of Dayton, OH.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Harbor Light Hospice, and /or Monmouth Nursing Home.
