He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard "Dick" Henry Harshbarger, Sr. and Helen Harshbarger (Chick); and his sister Mary Payton. He is survived by: his wife Linda Fluke; his children, Jeff Harshbarger (Cindy) of Cameron, Amy Harshbarger of Knoxville, Janette Otto (Brandon) of Quincy, Lora Calvert (Drue) of Macomb and Richard Michael Harshbarger of Washougal, Washington; his grandchildren, Samantha Fox, Cameron Harshbarger, Noah Richard Harshbarger, Josie Calvert, Lily Gabriel, Makiah Harshbarger and Brody Otto; and his sister Carol Palmer (Hollis) of Abingdon. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
