It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol A. Fornaciari of Berwyn, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles and Barbara; and her husband Eugene Fornaciari. She is survived by : her daughter Gina; her grandson Eugene "Chaz"; and her aunt Dolly. She is also survived by her many cousins, and countless other friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mount Auburn Funeral Home (4101 S Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
