He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph S. Hamilton and Margit A. Hamilton (Czrny); his children, Erica Barrett (Dan) of Wheaton and Mark Hamilton (Kim) of DeKalb; his grandchildren, Adrian and Alex Hamilton; his brother Sam Hamilton of Rantoul, Illinois; and his wife Christine. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
