We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ellen L. Smith in Bloomington, Illinois, born in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ellen L. Smith to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles M. Lee and Alice Stewart Lee; and her siblings, Rebecca, Margaret, Jonathan, Marston and Stewart.

She is survived by : her friend Ralph L. Smith; her children, Christopher A. Smith and Karen L. Hirshon (Stephen); her grandchildren, Lauren S. Hirshon (Ken Schainman) of Philadelphia and Elliot E. Hirshon (Münire Bozdemir) of Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.; and her great grandchild Quinn Adelyn Schainman.

No memorial service will be held due to the pandemic.

Memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church of Normal or Habitat for Humanity of McLean County.
