It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Lucille Herrell of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Earl Benschneider and Phyllis Jiles Benschneider of Allerton; her husband Rodney Herrell; her stepchildren, Stephen of Bloomington and Samantha Herrell of Bloomington; her brothers, Mark and Paul Benschneider; her siblings-in-law, Peggy Herrell and Timothy Herrell of Bloomington; and her nieces and nephews, Emily, Brooke, Heather, Matt, Arron and Cody. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, close cousins and her furry friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that a memorial be made to a Humane Society of the donor's choice.
