She was predeceased by: her parents, Orebowale Dorcas Onasanya and George Kalejaiye; her great-grandparent Ayoade; and her husband Stephen Idowu Odubanjo. She is survived by: her daughter Abosede Oluwatoyin Adelekan; and her grandchildren, Aderinsola (Titin) and Adeyemi Adelekan. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wayman African Methodist Episcopal Church (803 W Olive St, Bloomington, IL 61701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wayman AME Church (803 W Olive St, Bloomington, IL 61701).
