He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell V. Brandt Sr. and Betty Brandt (Leetch); and his siblings, Joy Brandt and John Brandt. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi; his sisters, Judy Gibson and Jan Piercy; his sister-in-law Diane Brandt; his sons, David Crater (Tamme), Kurt Crater (Jenny) and Jeff Crater (Jen); his grandchildren, Makenna, Keegan Crater, Alexis, Natalie, Beth Crater and Luke Crater; and his great grandchild Hagen Crater.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the East Lawn Mausoleum Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
