He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Baldwin and Verna Baldwin (Belford); his wife Elva Alice "Tudi" Floyd; and his grandsons, Jason Baldwin (Jolene) and Greg Baldwin (Alice).

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors.
