With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Neal Satterthwaite of Blue Island, Illinois, born in Muscatine, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Satterthwaite and Lucile Satterthwaite. He is survived by: his sister Kay Scaletta; and his sibling's children, Kristen Scaletta, Matthew Scaletta (Erin) and Joshua Scaletta (Samantha). He is also survived by nephew and nieces and his cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
