He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Exequiel Manuel and Constancia Del Rosario; his wife Conchita Manuel; his children, Allan Manuel (Maria "Lou"), Alvin Manuel, Christine Manuel and Albert Manuel (Rowena); his grandchildren, Alyssa "Aiza" Mateo (Joey), Alec Manuel, Allison Manuel, Adam Manuel and Ally Manuel; his great grandchild Caden Mateo; his siblings, Lily Francisco (Peter), Bernie Santa Ana and Efren Manuel (Ellen); and his parents-in-law, Mellie Manuel (Toto), Sally Manuel (Romy) and German Manuel. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and great-grandnieces.

He was a big bowler, a league member during his younger years and was consistently bowling with his children until covid.
