He was predeceased by: his son Blake Mastrodonato (Gina); and his siblings, Dominick Mastrodonato (late Dodie), Joan Mastrodonato, Penny Small and Rosemary Dudlack.

He is survived by: his son Philip (Connie); his grandchildren, John Mastrodonato, Gianna and Kayle Bottom; and his siblings, Robert Mastrodonato (Dawn) and Mary Jane L. Colamatteo (late Willy).
