He is survived by : his wife Jill Jensen (Barnes); his children, Charlie, David, Jane and Julia; his grandchildren, Makenzie, Charlie, Carter, Maddilyn, David, Kyrstin, Teagan, Jillian, Grace, Alison and Owen; his siblings, Rick (Karen), Jim (Eve), Dottie (Al) and Roxann (Mike); his sister-in-law Sheree; and also, Emily, Kym, Hailey, Charley and Matt.
