She was predeceased by : her parents, Lymen Wheeler and Matilda Wheeler; her son Rick; her husband Richard Haynes; and her siblings, Pearl, Dorothy, Lorraine and Bud.

She is survived by : her children, Doug (Joan), Todd (Laurie), Kim (Jay Drumm) and Karen (Eric Norman); her grandchildren, Ashley Smith (Larry), Luke Haynes (Catalina), Meghan Devine (Kyle), Meaghan Nelson (Eric), Nathan Haynes (Colette), Jason Haynes (Tracy), Jacob Stam, Cody Brown and Courtney Brown; her great grandchildren, Landon, Finn, Charles, Olivia, Isabella and Jack Jack; and her brother Don Wheeler. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maternity B. V. M. Catholic Church (308 E Marsile St, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral mass was held on Friday, February 26th 2021 at 11:00 AM at the same location. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, face masks and social distancing will be required.

The family requests no flowers or gifts and instead would encourage donations, if any, to a Christian charity of the donor's choice.
