With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Russell Lee Parmley of Bourbonnais, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Parmley and Hill; his sister Sharon Kaye; and his parents-in-law, Walter and Velma Spivey.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Spivey of Bourbonnais; his children, Rick Parmley of Orlando, FL, Scott Parmley (Nichole) of Limestone, Gina Bradbury (Shawn) of Bonfield and Debbie Barber (Bob) of Limestone; his brother Gary Parmley (Cindy) of Goreville, IL; his siblings-in-law, Lori Franklin (Jim) of North Carolina, Terry Spivey (Shelly) of Florida and Richard Spivey (Patty) of Manteno; his grandchildren, Paige Bewsey, Caitlyn, Brooke Bradbury, Jennessa Williamson, Andrea, Ryan, Alexis, Abigail, Rory Parmley, Kaden, Brooklyn Parmley, Heather Wagner and Danelle Ulm (Krystal); his nephews, Christopher Parmley (Courtney) and Kenton Parmley (Jackie); and his niece Caitlyn Parmley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bourbonnais - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (295 Main St NW, Bourbonnais, IL 60914).
