He is survived by: his wife Dolores Pauline Bollino (Windell); his sons, John Christopher Bollino of Essex, IL, Chad Michael Bollino (Lacey) of Charleston, IL and Jeremy Edward Bollino of Essex, IL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Bollino, Sarah Bollino, Megan Bollino, Taylor Bollino, Brandon Bollino, Ryan Bollino and Bryson Reed; his siblings, Barbara Lange, Terry Bollino and Phyllis Mark; and his half-brother Robert Ouamak.
The visitation for John will be held at the R. W. Patterson Funeral Home & Crematory, Braidwood, IL Wednesday, November 4, 2020 from 5-7 p. m. with a funeral service beginning at 7:00 p. m. All attendees are required to wear face masks and observe social distancing standards.
