She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Sutkowski and Catherine Sutkowski; and her siblings, Carol Condes and John Sutkowski. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Lucas (Jenny Mulqueeny); her close friend Debbie Arvio; her pets, Toby, Sammy and Baby Girl; and her sibling's children, Christopher Condes (Ana O'Hara), Katherine Condes, Geno Sonye and Kelly (Michael).
In lieu of flowers, her wishes were to give back to the place that saved her life twice: Elmhurst Nancy W. Knowles Cancer Center. You can either makes checks out to Sarah Lucas personally as she will bring them 1 big check or you can make checks payable to: Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation.
