He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his sister Vita Luttrell of Decatur, IL.; Ted Spencer (Wendy) of Crestview, FL, Elaine Frankland (Don) of Bloomington, IN, Tony Spencer (Kimberly) of Fairfield, IL and Doug Spencer (Stephanie) of Browns, IL. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
