He was predeceased by : his parents, Otha Garrison and Fern Garrison (Morris); his son-in-law Terry Winters; his brother Samuel Garrison (Imogene); and his brother-in-law Raymond Rush.

He is survived by : his wife Joyce K. Craig; his children, Kenneth Garrison (Marsha) of Brownstown and Melinda Winters of Brownstown; his siblings, Ljean Rush of Vandalia and Robert Garrison (Ruth Ann) of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Jason Garrison, Jeff Garrison (Paige), Lindsey Pruett (Dustin) and Jared Winters (Lexi); and his great grandchildren, Gracie Pruett, Rylin Pruett and Hudson Winters.

CDC and IDPH guidelines with regard to COVID-19 must be followed. This includes, but is not limited to, face covering and social distancing.
