She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Russell and Bertha Emery Wright (Stockton); her husband Robert E. Kempton; her daughter Patricia Humes; her siblings, Jessie Wright, Mary Elizabeth Graham, Marvin Wright and Charlie Wright; and her half-sister Linda Gillespie.
She is survived by: her children, Charlie Kempton of Burnt Prairie, IL, Bertha Ward (Gary) of Burnt Prairie, IL, Wanda Goff (Johnny) of Carmi, IL, Sylvia Murphy (Joey) of Mill Shoals, IL. and Margretta Reser of Fairfield, IL; and her sister-in-law Judy Wright. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Nancy's memory to Mill Shoals Baptist Church and will be accepted at Stendeback Funeral Home in Carmi, who is in charge of arrangements.
