He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lowe and Jenny Lowe (Wylie); his sister Ena Margaret Kemp; and his granddaughters, Hillary and Amber Wepprecht.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Lambert; and his children, Deb English (Don) of Kempton, IL, David Lowe (Audrey) of Saunemin, IL, Daphne Wepprecht (late Brad) of Reddick, IL, Dean Lowe (Tammy) of Kempton, IL and Robin Oldfather (Bruce) of Saunemin, IL. He is also survived by his 18 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
