He is survived by: his wife Lori Howard (Johnson); his children, Jacob Hoegger (Kaitlin) of Odell, IL and Ashley Smith (Will) of Cabery, IL; his grandchildren, Brook, Raven, Bella Smith and Logan Adams; his siblings, Jim Hoegger (Angie) of Odell, IL, Deb Hoegger of Pontiac, IL, Joni Masching (Kevin) of Odell, IL and Sheila Severson of Emington, IL; his nieces and nephews, Kyle Masching (Brittany) of Odell, IL, Scott Severson (Ali) of Dwight, IL, Nick Hoegger of Odell, IL, Garett Severson of Emington, IL, Lindsey Watters (Clay) of Dwight, IL and Hailey Maubach (Matt) of Cornell, IL; and his great-nephews, Theo Watters, Beckett Severson and Troy Masching. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
