He is survived by : his siblings, Margaret Taylor of St. Louis, Missouri, Emma Moore of St. Louis, Missouri, Melvin Moore (JoWanda) of Cairo, IL, Vernon Moore of Cairo, IL and Henry Hall (Delores) of Charleston; and his siblings-in-law, Emma J. Moore of St. Louis and Charles Whitaker of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
