We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Patricia Dowdy Helton (Cairo, Illinois). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ervin Dowdy and Lucille Dowdy; her husband Arthur Frank Helton; her son William Howard Caudell; and her brother Larry Allen Dowdy.

She is survived by : her daughter Krystal "Hope" Crews (Jason) of Wyatt, Missouri; and her brothers, Marvin, Louis Dowdy of Paducah and Ervin Ray Dowdy of Barlow. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
