He is survived by: his wife Cherri Hayes; his daughter Brandy; his siblings, Monty Hayes (Nancy), Cheryl Holley (Joe) and Tammy Rottinghause (Tom); his grandchildren, Kristian Jellison, Kelsea Jellison, Kyle Jellison and Kendra Jellison; his nieces and nephews, Josh Hayes, Jennifer Houchin (Seth), Alleigh Hayes, Sydney Hayes, Amber Wilson, Lisa Kittle (Tony), Teresa Steckler, Stan Holley, Amy Holley, Trent Pearcy and Travous Pearcy; his siblings-in-law, Terry Beal and Tina Pearcy (Tod); and his parent-in-law John Beal (Marie).
