He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Smith and Mary Smith (Schneider); his wife Sandy Rhoden; his children, Jared Smith and Jesse (Frank Jr.); his grandchildren, Logan Smith, Landon Smith, Levi Levan and Liam Levan; and his sisters, Deb Clemmons (Ken) and Patricia Rusk (Mike).
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl; and grandparents. *****In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be directed to the Brian Smith Memorial Fund.
