She was predeceased by: her parents, John Hountz and Grace Hountz; her siblings, Jim Hountz and Patricia Hountz Yager; her daughter-in-law Katina Hegwood; and her daughter Diane Hegwood Beach.
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her brother Ernie Hountz (Nancy); her sons, Mike (Donna), Danny (Helen) and David; her grandchildren, Brandon, Blossem, Kristin, Nathan, Melanie, Sandy, Chad, Bucky, David II, Ryan, Joey, Charlotte, Max and Gracie; her great grandchildren, Kenzie, Morgan, Roman, Marcus, Payton, Michelle, Landen, Karina, Ava and Jack; and her sister-in-law Ellyn Hountz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Dominic Parish Hall (208 S Galena Ave, Wyoming, IL 61491). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
